What's New?

There's no better tonic for the dreary cold than the cozy confines of Skylight One Hanson and, naturally, the wonders of the Flea. There are some great new vendors on tap this weekend and they’re sure to remind you why hibernating is for bears, not people. We're happy to give a hearty winter welcome to:

Jones Music
This new and colorful stand has a spectacular collection of classic records from the past and present, curated by a DJ of 10 years. Evan Jones will be at the Flea both days helping you find your next favorite record, or that old favorite you've been dying to own.

Runner & Stone
If you're in the mood for some delicious pastries or fresh, yes, artisanal bread made with local, organic and seasonal ingredients, you've found your heaven. Runner & Stone's Peter will be at the customer-service booth (alongside the return of Crop to Cup Coffee) with everything from chocolate-fig croissants (above) to beer and barley bread and ridiculous apple turnovers. Read about R&S (and Peter's buckwheat-and-pear loaf) in New York's recent local-baker roundup.

Waffles by Matt
Nothing says “screw winter” quite like a big old liege waffle drowning in toppings. This new addition will make those waffles on the spot, so it’s guaranteed to be fresh and warm. You can get your waffle fix this Sunday, just follow your nose downstairs to the vault.
