A Fine Vintage

Chelsea Marketeers (above) is a serious online dealer of all things vintage and awesome. This weekend they'll be taking it all off(line) in Dumbo, sharing their wares with folks like you. Say hi to Jeffrey, who seems nice. (They also sell through our pals Vintage + Modern, who gave us a nice e-shout-out earlier this week.)

Kyle and Jeremy, whose respective online selling sites, Sit + Read Furniture and Severely Vintage, reflect their hyper-keen eye for well-priced, super-stylish Scandinavian and American mid-century wood furniture, metal bowls, chalkboards, and the like, are back for more this weekend after an excellent inaugural outing. Not to be missed.

Sage%20Antiques.jpgOur trio in the corner of Sage Antiques (Sue), Estate of Art Vintage Lifestyle (Joe), and Harry Cooker (um, Harry), have been holding it down nicely. Sue brings Americana folk art and items like wicker baskets, teddy bears, metal airplanes (right), and great outsider art down from Yonkers. Joe is a tried-and-true clothing dealer of well-priced men's and women's sweaters, coats, and dresses, and he always brings a few cases of cool accessories too. Harry has an eagle-eye jewelry selection, plus things like French lithographs and heart purses to spruce up his space. Always good for a laugh in 13/14/15.

Next door in #11, Kevin's Smith Vintage Modern booth (he has a shop in Hudson, NY) has everything from butcher blocks to Arts + Crafts kitchen tables to Life magazines to brass lamps. Kevin likes to wheel and deal, so make an offer!
