The Antiques Pop-Up is heating up nicely--thanks to snazzy vendors and the insulation panels we installed last week! We think it's also got something to do with the soulful tones piped in throughout the day from the front pillar by Larry and his Shout Shimmy mixes.

Larry plays out in a funk band, sells awesome affordable vinyl from the '60s and '70s at the Flea and Dumbo market--alongside his honey Amy of Jellyroll Vintage--and also compiles great $5 mix-CDs featuring rare grooves of every stripe (including some sweet Jamaican rocksteady, Senor's fave). That funk at the Flea? You're soaking in it.
